Engineering and Production

FSP Global Product’s Waterjet Cutter is capable of cutting a wide variety of materials. Some of these include: 

• Stainless steel
• Steel
• Aluminum
• Wood
• Plastic urethane
• Glass
• Ceramics
• Foam

and rubber. The waterjet is the preferred machine for cutting delicate, hard and heat
sensitive products as the cutting takes place with the parts submerged.
The cutting is achieved with a high pressure water jet assisted with garnet.
Waterjet cutting is often used alongside heavy duty fabrication and engineering
in the mining, industrial and aerospace industries. FSP’s waterjet is capable
of cutting material up to a thickness of 200mm, a length of 4000mm and a
width of 2000mm. Drawing files can be imported directly to the machine
through DWG and DXF files, or can be drawn by our FSP technician.
